  • Information Chemokine CXCL16 is a transmembrane chemokine which gene is highly expressed in spleen, lymph nodes, Peyer patches, lung, kidney, small intestine and thymus. Ligand of CXCL16 and chemokine receptor CXCR6 functions in interactions between dendritic cells and T cells and in regulating T-cell migration in the spleen.
